Air-tightness
Airtightness is the control of airflow in a building. When a building is properly fitted for Airtightness leaks DO NOT occur at ceiling or wall junctions or plaster board joints. These leaks create discomfort & heat loss which means that the heating has to operate at a greater capacity to compensate.
