This Low Energy Home will consist of the following;
- 150mm floor insulation on standard raft foundation
- Wall Build Up was clients choice at 100mm K8 Kingspan in cavity and 70mm internal insulation board
- 225mm Roof Rafter Pumped with Cellulose Insulation 40mm Sheeps Wool Insulation to service cavity
- Intello Airtight Membrane with an expected air change result of 0.6 air changes per hour at 50pa (0.52 Ach Achieved)
- Triple Glazed Alu-Clad Windows from Nordan
- Underfloor Heating upstairs and downstairs
- Heat Recovery Ventilation
- All Groundworks
