This Low Energy Home will consist of the following;
- 150mm floor insulation on standard raft foundation
- 250mm Pumped Cavity Wall Construction using Ancon Teplo Basalt non conducting wall ties
- 225mm Roof Rafter Pumped with Cellulose Insulation 40mm hemp to service cavity
- Intello Airtight Membrane with an expected air change result of 0.6 air changes per hour at 50pa ( 0.78 achieved due to leaky roof window )
- Munster Joinery Triple Glazed Windows (To be confirmed)
- Triple Glazed Velux roof windows
- Underfloor Heating upstairs and downstairs (heating method not agreed)
- Heat Recovery Ventilation
- All Groundworks
