This Low Energy Home will consist of the following;

  • 150mm floor insulation on standard raft foundation
  • 250mm Pumped Cavity Wall Construction using Ancon Teplo Basalt non conducting wall ties
  • 225mm Roof Rafter Pumped with Cellulose Insulation 40mm hemp to service cavity
  • Intello Airtight Membrane with an expected air change result of 0.6 air changes per hour at 50pa ( 0.78 achieved due to leaky roof window )
  • Munster Joinery Triple Glazed Windows (To be confirmed)
  • Triple Glazed Velux roof windows
  • Underfloor Heating upstairs and downstairs (heating method not agreed)
  • Heat Recovery Ventilation
  • All Groundworks
